Here’s the best thing that can happen for everyone that wants to lose weight or are conscious about their calorie intake; I have a solution where you can eat and then burn calories without you having realised that you just did.
The answer is…. Eat and spend your day at the shopping mall. They say you should walk 10,000 steps a day to burn about 600 calories, give or take. That’s almost 40% of the daily calorie intake for an average person. Do it for 3 days a week, and you’ll have a surplus of a whole day’s intake! In other words it is as if you would have fasted for a whole day in a week as long as you keep to 1600 calories a day.
So how best to go about doing this. Spend your day at the biggest shopping mall near you. You will need to walk between 100 to 130 minutes to get up to 10,000 steps. That means walking in the shopping mall for around 2 hours. I would say that it’s kacang putih for most of us to spend 2 hours walking in a mall. We have put up a top 5 list of the biggest shopping malls in Klang Valley to get you on your way to that slimmer you.
